I worked with Trisha on a bathroom remodel, new floors, and some other odds and ends improvements on a rental property. I live 2 hours away, and she did an AMAZING job managing the whole project for me without needing to make constant trips. She sent pictures via email and text. The team at Tri--County is great! They understand customer service and truly WANT to work for you. I've called during the midlde of the day before and needed an order of material delivered asap...and they did it. The delivery guys are awesome and even engage my little boys in some kind of funny conversation when they're around. Fair prices, great staff, great selection and an abundance of knowledge await anyone stopping in to do business there in Jefferson. Definitely recommend!
