I have been with this company 7 years!! Again "7 YEARS"!! I was hired by Jeremy Jones who is still by my side for anything I need! I am proud to work here and as humans there is going to be bad days and great days at a job no where you work. As a successor , you have to put forth the work to be great at any job and I defiantly can say that if you work here you have a great system that helps train you in the best possible way to learn and grow to make money! As an employee I matter, I make money , and I kick ass on what I do! The sky is they limit for anyone anywhere. Working for Travel Resorts of America has been wonderful and look forward to more great money making years.

Best Job I ever had been working here for 1 year and a half this is my first call center job, I must say its a lot of positive atmosphere here at Trident. There is a lot of room to grow here and areas that you can expand your customer service skills.

Trident marketing is the best company I have had the opportunity to work for in my entire working career. I have previously worked at fast food and convenient store chains,so I was nervous about starting a sit down desk job for the first time. Right away they made me feel right at home, welcome,and like one of the team. They take the time to train you properly and make sure you have all the knowledge you need to do your job the right way. The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, and energetic. The amount of money you can make is endless, and up to you; Its like you're your own boss! Last but not least they treat you like a person instead of a number, which in my book is what counts the most. Trident marketing is an awesome company!

In 1985 i was discharged honorably from the U.S. Army , my degree in hand ready to start my career in TV production. while searching for the right opportunity i took a job in sales and customer service. Been doing it ever since. Trident Marketing graciously gave me this new opportunity. The atmosphere here is open, humorous and challenging. Thanks to folks like Justin, Erica, Jennifer and the crew i am learning new and progressive ways to do what i love. I have been with Trident Marketing for almost 2 years and I cant say enough about my job. My supervisors Erica and Jennifer have really helped me grow as a person being able to get out of my comfort zone and they have guided me on my journey. There have been ups and downs like every work place has but Im confident in the new leadership and Im very excited to see what the future holds and how much more I will grow and learn. This is by far the best job I have ever had in sales and Ive been in sales for over 13 years!!! Come join our family because working here is exactly what that is my second Family!!!!

I’ve worked here for 3 years. This is my first time working in a call center. Like in any job you face challenges. I’ve had highs and lows in my time here. Erica and Jennifer, my supervisors, have always pushed me to be better and push out of my comfort zone. Now under new leadership I’m optimistic about the direction we are going and what the future holds

My 1st job in a call center and I've been here for 3 years. I love what I do but like all jobs it has it's ups and downs. We are doing daily cash spiffs; fun games to get the interaction with the agents. We can think our new team leaders for all the changes and getting the company back to operating the proper way.

This place has changed my life! I started working at trident marketing for Travel Resorts of America in 2012 I was 19 an have been there since. When I started I have never done anything like this before, honestly didn’t do much before lol but after a few weeks I found this is something I’m really good at and continued to learn and grow and work my way up the ladder. Currently I’m the Manager of our Night shift, but always continuing to learn and grow. This place gave me a opportunity and I ran with it. I hate to pry but I’ve created a pretty good life for family and myself. Disregard all the negativity you read or hear about this place, this place has been great to my family and I and I’m completely grateful. Come join us! If you want a opportunity to create a life, career for yourself.
