I’m in leaving a one star review because there’s nothing less than that. I waited two weeks for an appointment for someone to come out and give me an overview of what they can do with my window coverings. The day arrived and they stood me up. I called into the office and they were completely nonchalant about standing me up and offered try to just set me up for another appointment. I left a message for the owner to call me thinking the owner might have a different attitude, but no. I refuse to do business with any company this is unprofessional and with such a dismissive attitude toward their customers. I recommend JC blinds in Albuquerque. They were courteous and responsive to me.

I have ordered Bali blinds over the years and the past 2-3 years had them installed by Twice Preferred Designs - BOY, do I wish I'd done that sooner. They are so professional; so prompt; so courteous! THANK YOU!!!!!
