I broke my phone while at work. My phone is a must for my job and needed a solution quickly. I stopped at the closest US Cellular which happened to be in Boone, IA. I walked in and spoke with Matt. Much to my surprise his first question to me was "are you on a time crunch?" I was of course and after a short conversation Matt was on it. He got me a new 1, I was in and out in no time. I even kept working at their counter and he kept on doing what he was doing as If it was nothing. I honestly waited longer at a gas station to get my gas receipt then it took to get a new phone that same day.

They say coverage in the middle of anywhere, but I dont have coverage anywhere that I need it. I sometimes send texts, but the recipient doesnt receive it until hours later. I had an important call drop today, and it was the last straw.
