I know what it's like to work with a vendor or a service provider. I've done that. You tell them what you want, they give it to you, you pay a fee. End of transaction. That is not what it's like working with Understory. From the word, "go" Lewis and his team have gone out of their way to help me succeed. They have taken a genuine interest in what I do. They have spent hours tinkering, researching, and consulting in order to make my site and general web presence everything it can be. They have busied themselves with my web success so that I can focus on what I do. If everybody worked this way, if everybody put this much of themselves in what they do, we would all be living in some kind of small business Utopia. I simply cannot reocmmend them enough.
