Feedback:

The guaranteed delivery time period was 10-15 business days. It’s since been 30 business days, and still no delivery on an order with only 2 embroidered shirts! I have had to follow up with the company to inquire about the status of my order multiple times instead of them informing me that my order is behind and a new anticipated delivery date.

Frustrating does not begin to express dealing with this company. They are closest, so we work with them. On occasion, we get decent service. The norm is much like most of the reviews here being told they have the wrong company. It is usually a bunch of what appear to be 'kids' (high school, maybe college) running everything and usually only one is helping customers while the others are clearly trying to 'look busy'. I don't get calls saying my items are ready until I call in to check on orders that have taken longer than they should. Pricing is the norm, but the customer service has steadily declined in the past years. Quality of the product is good.

I order mc donough 35 uniforms way in June to avoid that last min rush I was told every week come and check to see ,went last week was told they change the girls shirts and I call today and was told something happened with there warehouse but never 1 time I 've got a ph call went there and the lady got an attitude with me cause I wanted a refund they are the worst and very unprofessional I will report y'all to the school and hopefully they get a contract with some one else .other people been walking in and was able to purchase stuff

The company never called me to let me know that the uniform was in or not. I kept calling the store but noone answered. A few times someone answered and quickly hung up in my face before I could say a word. So, I decided to go to the store to see if my child’s uniform arrived from an order that I made over 15 days prior. The staff was unorganized. While I was at the store, I actually witnessed an employee answering the phone then quickly hanging up on the customer as well. They are very rude & unprofessional

They are very unprofessional, to expensive, always running out of uniforms, and they're lines are always to long!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE. ALL SCHOOL NEED A UNIFORM BUDGETS. THAT WILL BRING MORE MONEY BACK TO THE SCHOOL.

Very disappointed ordered shirts for my son waited over a month until I called them to check than waited another week no one knew where the order was last thing last gave me money back, and went somewhere else.
