Undoubtedly the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced.I am a realtor and once a client gets a house under contract we typically have 14 days for inspections and to request any repairs. With a USDA loan we also have to get the property approved and appraised before then. I called in the office after I didn't hear back from them for two days and they said not only would the USDA loan officer be out all week but her fill in had just left for the rest of the week (on a Wednesday) and their supervisor was out all week. Absolutely unacceptable and undoubtedly the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced.
