Staff was very attentive and helpful. They are thorough in their work and catered the phone plan to fit our specific needs and situation, Clarissa took the time to make sure my family was taken care of and I can't say enough nice things about the staff, getting these plans put together can take time when the employee really cares and the staff here really does care

We came in earlier in the week to make sure our phone purchase would be an easy process. We clearly informed the guy (that said he was the manager) we would be back Friday morning, he stated he would be there. Upon arrival at about 10:10, the doors were still locked. Finally a girl came to the door and unlocked it. It's two hours later and we still have not been helped. A Friday morning, one employee, and now there's 6 people in here. The girl didn't know the simplest things about several phones and I overheard her say to one customer that making a phone call used data!!! He had a basic phone and wanted to turn data off, which should have been an easy thing to do. She advised another customer to buy something, wait a month and say it broke to get another one for free. Bad bad bad attitude, slow service, lack of basic phone knowledge. We decided she wasn't going to get a commission off of us, so we left. Train her that all Samsung galaxy 10 products have Gorilla glass on them, that data CAN be turned off, and how to be more efficient at her job or fire her!!!! Oh and she complained about having to work 12 hours a day...I think she needs a different occupation!

I'll never do business with them again! Started with taking my phone, they took my phone, supposed to move all my phone numbers to the new phone, I know now to make SURE my numbers have tranferd. I knew they couldn't move my pictures but I figured I could use my old phone to keep them. I know I'm a senior citizen but I guess I thought they were a reputable company So all of my material was given to me in a bag. Also they told me I couldn't keep my number!Wrong I could Have! When I got home and took every thing out of the bag and it had only the new phone in the box and paperwork and they had not only kept my old phone but with all my numbers but my pictures but did not transfer ALL of my numbers and important numbers
