I went there on the 4th of July at 5pm are so with a few issues and Ms. Rachelle was awesome she went above and beyond to get everything taken care of and get me on my way and she was smiling and super friendly my visit made the 4th better for me!!!! THANKS YOUR AWESOME!

Customer service is top notch! It's a smaller store so stock isn't as great as you would find in a bigger store but as far as the basics this place is great

Switched from one cell provider to Verizon in October 2018, we traded in a phone and didn’t see the trade in credit and contacted this store(the one who sent the trade in) and worked with Rachelle who was looking into in. After MANY failed attempts to get her on the phone, I went to the store and talked to her and she found an email from a month prior stating the request was denied and she resubmitted everything again. I then waited 2 weeks to contact her to see if she heard back and still was not able to talk to her. Left many messages with other employees asking for her to return my call and she finally sent a txt saying she was still waiting...after waiting another week, I tried contacting her again and left messages with another employees to have her call me back and still no response. I even called the store many times in a row and no answer and had to call from another number just to get SOMEONE to answer the phone, and of course, Rachelle was not available again. Trying to get information on when we will get the $300 credit is near impossible. I am not happy with the customer service at this store at all!
