Just wanted to say Thank You to Tim (from the Geneseo store - covering at Milan location) for your patience and great customer service helping us pick out a new phone. My husband is very happy with it. Pleasure doing business with you sir.

We stopped in with some question on our new device that we ordered online. We have just switched to Verizon and still in the processes of activating our new service. The sales associate was less then thrilled to help us on something she did not sell us. She also knew NOTHING about iPhones. We figured out our issues our selves after being directed to download the Verizon app by an associate over the phone. At one point we were looking at phone cases and she was explaining the design to us and described it as ‘not retarded.’ Very unprofessional and just down right made me mad she even used that word. This location is very close to home and I will drive out of my way to go to another one in the future.

I purchased a glass cover for my phone was told any problems in 30 day come back. So it has a little crack in it and it is coming off stopped in and was told nope can’t do anything you broke it. I try to spend my money in Milan and local but never again This is the 2nd time I got screwed.

Jake and Mia made our experience particularly enjoyable, despite hiccups along the way with activation. After repeated attempts to override the activation error from our terminal with corporate, Mia was able to activate our phone. Jake attempted to contact the corporate hotline multiple times seeking resolution to the issue; all the while, getting mistransferred or flat out disconnected from mutliiple Verizon operators. He stayed half an hour late to see to it that our experience was positive, as it has been in the past. Upon learning he had tickets to a baseball game and a prior date with his girlfriend scheduled that evening, Mia stepped up to offer assistance and relieve Jake. Despite his hesitation, we insisted he delegate to Mia and keep his evening's engagements punctuality intact. Mia was able to troubleshoot the issue further and moments later had us activated and fully mobile. Mia and Jake are the reason we love coming back to this location, as well as always recommend Russell-cellular in Milan to others! Thanks again for always being synonymous with dependable quality service.
