If I could give them 0 stars I would! They have been nothing but terrible and I would never recommend them to ANYONE!! They bought the company who I was using who I absolutely loved (Edburg) and they had wonderful customer service. When I called, they answered, when there was a problem, they called. VHT has hour wait times, they don't call back if you leave messages, they never respond to emails and they take a week to figure out how to schedule a photographer. If they are able to schedule one, they somehow mess that up too! I got all my pictures branded which they should know (being a real estate photography company) is NOT allowed!!! I told them to removed the branding this morning because now I have an active listing with NO photos and now it's the afternoon and still NO PHOTOS!!! What a nightmare. I gave them multiple chances, but NEVER again.

I was thrilled with their reviews so I decided to work with them a unit in front of Lake Shore Drive. The photographer (a young nice lady) did not make a great job. My condo (850sqf) looked even smaller. Definitely was not worthy to go their and pay a little more than other companies..

VHT has been consistent with the professional photos they have taken for my clients and it doesn't matter the price of the home! Great customer service and quick turnaround time. Jackie is always friendly and upbeat!

Stay away. The photos are terrible. Honestly, a 10 year old with an iPhone can take better photos. The windows are often blurry and you cannot see the exterior (as you should be able to with professional photography). We get photos that are blurry. And their customer service is useless. Way better options in Orlando, Florida.

I've worked for this company for almost two years. They are good to their employees and always provide quality services to customers and clients. Would highly recommend their services to anyone! VHT rocks !

I’ve been a Realtor in Chicago for 15 years. VHT is the DMV of photography. Terrible service because some brokerage firms make them use their inferior services. They don’t provide some of the advance features other in Chicago offer either. They are expensive and drop the ball half the time, which means several calls to straighten out a situation. Luckily, my firm now allows us to choose whose best for our clients and who does a best job for the best price. So goodbye VHT and thanks for the Realtor horror stories I can share at cocktail parties.

Bad service. Pictures were taken 9 am Friday. It is now sat. 4 pm & my agent still does not have pics. We both called to complain and they promised today hy 1 pm. I waited 6 minutes on hold . No biggie, but Sarah promised me. Horrible. I can't have showings this weekend. There is not even any follow-up. V.Arsic
