First I was point blank lied to about an issue I was looking for, told they had found another copy, and then when I go to pick it an several other issues not only did no one know anything but, were far more interested in interupting me over and over to talk to other employees they STILL, two weeks after the fact, do not have the issue and have no intrest in my business. So, you win I will make sure that everyone at the firehouse and the ambulance service knows how you treat your customers and let them know NOT to darken your stores door agai .

Absolutely sucks the people that work there don't care about their customers because I waited for half an hour in front of the girl that works there and she never helped me out she just sat there on her phone!!! How rude so I drove all the way to reno and MacArthur to the better one that actually cares about their customers business. I was in and out of that one faster then I could get help here!
