I rented some equipment for a small Christmas production. The sales staff was very helpful in identifying my needs, suggesting rentals, and offering competitive prices.Unfortunately, I ran into a few issues with the rental itself. The warehouse staff did assist in loading/unloading the equipment, but pretty cold and unwelcoming. Granted, it was the Christmas rental season, so I'm sure they were working long hours.I also was given the wrong projector lenses. One of their staff members met me to swap them out, but they didn't have the lenses I had reserved. Ultimately, we had to alter our final production to accommodate the longer throw required by the lenses, but we were able to make it work.Despite the couple of issues I ran into, the overall experience wasn't bad and I will likely rent equipment from them again in the future.
