I had the worst experience ever with WebAfrica. I have been using them for years but how they handled my move to my new store was absolutely shocking. I made all the arrangements a month before to make sure everything was sorted but they ended up making such a mess up, with the worst communication where I had to continuously chase them to get feedback. It is now the 17th and I am still with no internet, and they now have the incorrect address loaded... And the stupid voice that tells you jokes over the phone while you wait for ages to speak to someone is beyond irritating! I have now cancelled my account with them and hope that I will not be billed going forward... what are the chances?

To whom it may concernedI had an internet connection issue with my fibre router. The delivery was done by Jamaine and he went out of his way to accommodate me. After the I encountered a lot of issues installing the router myself, I contacted this young gentleman, Jamaine again for assistance. Without hesitation he made an appointment with me to fix the error. It literally took him a few minutes to establish internet connection. His friendly demeanor and professional assistance will make me a loyal customer of Webafrica .

After being told I would be connected 3wks ago Web Africa has still not come to the party. Now I have to DRIVE TO THEM to get my router if I want to be connected today and I CAN ONLY COME AFTER 3PM!? They refuse to help me before. After the run around I have had this is disgusting! I am waiting for someone to call me but based on your track records I doubt they actually will. How on earth are you still in business!?
