this company installed glass shower doors two years ago and they now need some workk as their position has changed and they no longer close. Getting to speak to anyone is impossible, everyone puts you into voice mail even the recipetionist and no one ever calls back. Find someone else.

Had this company install a frameless shower glass door in a master bath. Some months later we needed the plastic sweep on the bottom of the door replaced and was willing to pay for its replacement but could not get anyone to respond or come out to even look at it. We called them three times even leaving a message for the owners on their personal mail with no response in any way. They are not a very good company to not even respond and say we can't get out or don't do that. They just don't respond and hope you go away.

I hired Mirror and Glass Concepts to replace glass in an outdoor table that shattered. They came and picked up the table frame, installed the glass, and delivered the table about two weeks later. It was a super simple, all I had to do was make the call. I would use Mirror and Glass Concepts for any glass replacement, or update.

Recently when watching NCIS with my wife it started raining in my living room! It turned out it was time for a new bathroom. I used several contractors to get the job done and tried to source as much of the products myself as possible. when the project was finishing up, after new tub, sinks, and stool, and new floor walls and paint, it was time for the shower door. I tried the big box guys and thought I understood what I was buying until a buddy suggested I talk with Donna at Mirror and Glass concepts in Carmel. SUPER glad I did! I met with Donna and she helped me understand the differences between the manufacturers and the products. Donna suggested a door that was not at all what we had been looking at but turned out to be exactly what we needed and we love it. Donna understood how the space was going to work and how the size and hinge should be placed. The end result was better advise with better product than what we could get at and big store, with better service and spent the same amount. Yes Yes Yes call and go see Donna. Oh yea, they also removed and reinstalled the 10 foot mirror in the bathroom. Clean nice guys. I have referred them to 4 or 5 people and everyone has been happy!
