Daniel was so nice, and it turned out my problem had a simple solution, and he was done in 5 minutes. He also refused to let me pay him, which surprised me. Very patient, and gave great explanations.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I took my TV here. Recieved a call the next day saying they wouldn't start until the next week due to being out of town... that was fine. I called the week after that and was informed the wrong part was ordered it would take two weeks to arrive... ok that's understandable. I call in two more weeks (they never called me except the one time) and was told again they would have to order the part and it would take two weeks. Once I reminded them that they told me they already ordered the part two weeks ago they seemed lost. I told them not to worry about it just refund my money (except the $50 deposit) and I would just come get my TV. They kept asking if I would like them to throw it away. I arrive to get my TV and ask for my paperwork. I'm told I get no paperwork because no work was done. AGAIN they ask am I sure I don't want them to just throw it away. Hmmm. I get home and get my TV out to see the main board is GONE. You can see straight into the back of my TV. It's gutted. I call and no one answers. This place is a joke. I see now why they wanted so badly to throw my TV away. I don't care if that was the part being replaced. RETURN MY TV THE WAY IT WAS GIVEN TO YOU!
