We are a midsize non profit in the Albuquerque area, and i am a Product Manager who has worked with many different vendors (domestically and internationally). In a former life, I was also a web developer. Working with Xyenrgy to build two beautiful, modern websites has been the best experience I have had working with a developer. They are knowledgeable, professional, and delivered our projects on time. The quality of work that Jennifer and her team put out is world class. It is amazing that they are right here in Albuquerque.

The thought of launching a new website was somewhat daunting. I was very particular about the connection of the design to the branding and they did a stellar job. My clients compliment the website all the time. Xynergy's marketing work once the website went up has been really important for ongoing web presence. And I appreciate the quick responses from Xynergy's staff to my questions. The Xynergy's leadership always makes me feel that my business, even though it's small, is important.

They only get one star because there is no ZERO STAR option!I hired Xynergy to streamline an already existing website. On taking my deposit, they began work without attention to what I'd said I wanted from them. THEY DID NOT MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF MY SITE before they began. Instead they worked by taking out parts of my existing site and messing around with them. They deleted most of my Media Library, (I'm an artist!) they cannibalized my current site, they deleted my blog. I could not reload any of it because there was no backup copy! My web presence still hasn't recovered and it's been a year. Part of my payment to them was a trade: I facilitated a teambuilding event with the staff, yet after they'd been fired from working on my site they refused to reimburse me for the work I did for them. Do not hire this company.
