Feedback:

We had 4 separate business through YAC and considered their services to be effective and sufficient. However, cancelling and getting responses to your request is our biggest complaint. Which yield over charges on the customer. We accepted a AD word campaign only for a trial period. When the trial period was over we declined to continue the campaign further but was charged continuously for many months beyond our cancellation date. When it come to our attention that we were still being charged the company has refused to show proof of authorization or to refund the excess payments that they received. Therefore we cancelled all agreements and then they charged additional monthly charges before they would stoop charging our credit card. I was very disappointed in their practice especially after we had satisfied our 1 year obligations and still we had to do an additional month after we gave notification.

They're all about you when they're trying to get your money once they have it nowhere to be found! Customer service lol will just be polite and say it's a joke! It's a great day one more month left with his worthless company!

James has been great to work with on our recent web site project. All of our dealings with him have been very professional. He hasn’t failed to exceed expectations in any area. This particular project was somewhat of a challenge in that most of those involved were volunteers. James was able to work through ambiguous situations with partial information to constantly keep the project on track and moving forward. He was both patient and persistent, key elements that allowed us to complete our project well ahead of my initial estimates based on several other attempts before finding Yac Social. I highly recommend James and Yac Social. You don’t often find someone with both the artistic eye and technical competencies that James has. Thank you so much for your excellent and professional work.”

Very Malicious. Stay FAR away from this company. They are extremely difficult to work with. They lock you into a contract, then give you minimal access to your own websites, Google Analytics, and other platforms. They essentially hold your website and data hostage. Their customer support has been rude, and working with them is like gargling razorblades.As an example: Just this past week, after a good amount of arguing and phone calls, they finally added my email to Google Analytics... after deleting the data in it that I wanted to see.

Not Happy, The customer support has been terrible. When my account rep left the company I did not receive any contact or follow up. Very Expensive Lesson, they will take your $$$ but no service.

Took a year to just set up profile info. Do not give them your Cc for auto billing and i recommend writing in a clause in your contract. There communication is poor, then they take sweet time emailing you back (instead of calling), if you make an appointment, it seems your going over stuff that should of been corrected the last time you called in, as in months earlier. If you complains about services, they blow you off as another squawk tongue lashing. Bottom line, they do not chase you to wow your business with their products great worth. Make a record of everything that you correspond, you'll see that you need it for the dispute.
