I have had several computer needs since meeting Robert at an event where he was there to scrub hard drives. He has handled every one of those needs, which included designing and building a website, replacing a hard drive, recommending software, and a few other things. He has been ultra-accessible on every occasion, instantly responsive via phone, texts, and emails, and helpful in every way, including pick-up and delivery arrangements. And the rates for Zerotechz services are more than reasonable. This company will be my go-to source for any tech needs I have in the future.

The team at Zerotechz is the best anyone can ask for! Robert is patient and can easily explain what's going on with my computer. He always has my computer fixed fast and charges reasonably. I won't take my computer anywhere else!

Needed recovery of information on computer for which I had forgotten password. Computer needed checking for viruses, malware, and other fixes. I called a guy at a Huntsville computer shop whom I trusted and who had worked on my computers in the past. I could not take hardware into the shop and needed someone to come to my home to work on it. The shop did not offer on-site repair. However, they highly recommended Robert and his son Bobby at Computer Shop in Scottsboro who do on-site repair.Bobby arrived in Huntsville at the appointed time (even better - actually early).I was very impressed by work, promptness, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction.These are rare qualities. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robert and Bobby to anyone needing computer repair just as they were recommended to me!

Zerotechz contacted and hired my company to advertise for them. We provided the service and billed Zerotechz for the monthly cost. They paid the first 1.5 months, and then fell behind on their bill. Each time I would contact Mr. Allison, he would promise to pay, saying things like he didn't have his credit card on him or needed to talk to his accountant or to send him a PayPal request for him to pay later that day, etc.This went on for about five months, and then Mr Allison said that since I didn't have him physically sign a contract that he wasn't going to pay for the services rendered. My personal opinion is that Mr Allison is a liar (because he promised to pay time and time again), and perhaps a thief (because he deceived me into providing a service that he never paid for). But that is my personal opinion. We are only talking about $300 here, so after posting a review on another social platform, I just moved on and gave it no more thought. Now, they have rekindled the fire by questioning me about my original review. It will be my pleasure to provide any members in the community with details and proof of my statement.

Zerotechz are what I call, the old customer service they are always available to answer questions. I called having an issue with my computer and they took it a fixed the computer and other issues that was found. Zerotechz is very reasonable on pricing, I am so glad called them Zerotechz has a customer for life now.

Honest trust worthy excellent communication skills awesome prices nice customer service fast service. I called around everywhere to get my laptop fixed if it even could be fixed. Robert and his service were the only affordable place in town for me and actually fixed my laptop in under 24 hours of receiving it. My laptop means the world to me for it was a gift from my mother and I never thought I would be able to use it again but I am. They are the only business I will use ever ever again. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs. They also do tablets and smartphone. Just don't do Apple products such as IPhones. They have service right here in Scottsboro are even willing to come to your residency or you can meet them in town somewhere. They also have an office in Chattanooga TN for all my TN n GA friends and family. They are completely the best and awesome and I greatly appreciated them more than they will know. I love their fast time it takes to fix and or repair I thought it would take forever but the work on your time.very nice,they fix in a day open at a good amount of time if something happens to you computer at night call them up cause it's worth it
