Switching to Zoho Books has been a horrible experience. It was supposed to save time and make things easier and be customizable. It has been anything but. Be prepared to do things the ZOHO way and only the ZOho way, also known as the wrong way. Matching transactions is the shotgun method, so instead of Zoho tracking transactions from merchant to bank account, it just shows you all the transactions AROUND that time and you pretty have to just guess!!!Does your business have account numbers? Do you want to add a clients account number to an invoice. NOPE not with Zoho, that will require specialist to design code and you will have to wait 3 weeks. Do you want dashes in the account for any reason, NOPE forget it not with Zoho, cant be done they say. Landing a man on the moon, that can be done, dashes in my account number, IMPOSSIBLE. Support is non existent at best. A Lot of canned responses, and Sorry that can't be done or we cant do that. A big disappointment!

I have called Zoho, the email provided with my domain purchase and hosting and i have called 7 times within the last 3 hours, i have remained on hold several times for almost an hour, someone will answer like they pick up the phone then slam the phone down without answereing it. I then found another number online called Zoho support and they answer the phone but as soon as you ask your question they hang up on you, the last time i asked for a supervisor and the supervisor came on and i told him of my experience and then he said what do you need help with and i asked him a simple question about my account if i have a hosted exchange or just imap and he said "why don't you just look it up on youtube" and then hung up on me. I am devastated that this is what customer service has come to and that people are so hateful. I am not sure what to do as like i said i have been trying to call them for over 3 hours

I've been using ZohoCRM for several years now. The service is as reliable as any I've encountered and very flexible. The cost is extremely reasonable. Scalability is also very good due to their month-to-month, no-contract subscription policy.Best solution I've found.

Good website creator, but has some big loopholes.It hasn't got a backup system for individuals.I deleted a page by accident, which wasn't obvious that it was my blog and unfortunately it deleted my whole e-commerce site of 500 products (1 to each post) with just two clicks!I find it unbelievable that there isn't a backup system. I OFFERED TO PAY TO GET IT RESTORED & THEY HAVE REFUSED.Beware of how you use their stuff!
