Client Review on ZOJAX

Feedback:

The reason I gave two stars instead of one is because my first visit to the shop for returning items the customer service was very nice and friendly.Then on my second time this korean asian person staff was inpatient and unhelpful. I tried to show him what the package instruction was but he wouldn't take a look at it and just said he doesn't know, acting irritating and inpatient. If there is another option for me to ship out my package around factoria mall I wouldn't choose this place at all.
