This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They came up with two website designs that were not up to standard. At this point they had done no programming, only a couple of "wireframe designs." When I indicated I was not happy and attempted to cancel the contract they had outrageous cancellation fees which I attach below. Avoid this company. I had to pay the terms below:Here are there cancellation termsThe exact figure would be calculated by Accounts should you confirm you want to cancel. The contract carries a 24 month term. (18 months in your case due to the monthlies starting in November). 18 * $59.95 = 1079.1As you are cancelling in the design stage we will refund 50% of the initial set-up costs and the remaining 50% will be payable. $1997.5On the conditions above we are willing to refund/credit the full amount for premium design which was $1,795. The minimum term amount of $1079.1 and 50% set-up costs of %1997.5 total $3076.6 (+GST). The total amount paid to date is ~$4892 and you would be refunded the difference. Any design work or assets that we created during design will be sent through as part of the cancellation.Please let me know if you have any questions and how you would like to proceed.

NZ Olympic Committee appointed Zyber to set up a Shopify site to sell NZ Team Gold Coast Commonwealth 2018 Games replica supporters gear. The whole process from initial sales pitch, to quote, to meetings and discussions with the lead consultant and go live was professional and delivered within agreed timeframes. The site looks amazing and sales have been going very well. I would absolutely recommend Zyber to anyone who is looking to set up a Shopify site.

But, it was during our initial consultation with Zyber where we knew we’d found the right team to match the challenge we had set out. From start to finish, Zyber were professional, attentive, and understanding of the branding we needed for our new website. We were thoroughly impressed with the outcome, leaving our stakeholders, clients, and staff impressed with the work that had been done, and our new “shop window”.
