Rather unprofessional approach to business. Attended today for a prearranged appointment to be shown around as a potential new client and after walking across the city in the pouring rain was told on arrival (after ringing as reception was empty), that as they were short staffed and the building was leaking it wouldn't be possible for at least another hour. I'm not sure there was even an apology, more of "here's how it is, if you come back in an hour we might be free". I understand that things happen unexpectedly, but I also understand that a courteous phone call or email to cancel takes a few seconds and will save someone else (me) a journey. Have, as a result, taken office space elsewhere in the city.
