I posted a review yesterday, I mentioned a few things I disliked about the quality of the screen that was used to replace the previous one that wouldn’t turn on anymore. Later, I received a response by the owner telling me my review is “untrue”. Also, the owner thought I made a phone call about a cracked screen and a phone acting up. My screen isn’t cracked, I just don’t like it. That’s all. Wrong customer. I called a little over a week ago. I asked about the warranty and I mentioned some weird thing my phone is doing. Person on the phone was very dry, said less than 5 words but whatever not the point. Perhaps I should have used a better choice of words in my previous review to not upset anyone. Basically, if you have a newer Apple product that’s in pretty good condition, I would recommend paying the extra money fixing a cracked screen at the Apple store for a better quality display. That’s just opinion.
