I had very pleasant and professional experience in dealing with both Orlando and Grace. They answered all of my questions quickly and took extra time to also call me to make sure everything made sense from their emails. My initial impression is that they seemed very polished and put together.

If you consider your website as your baby, then a nerd's world would be the mother of your beautiful creation because they treat it just so. They engage as long as it takes to make the vision work and the staff are all on the same page every time I get to visit their downtown spot. Top notch💯

Chris Hughes has helped me since the initial phase of my business, when he took the time with numerous consultations to understand me, my business, my budget and my needs. I needed a logo and new website and he/they really delivered. Not only is his work beautiful and perfectly executed, but he is one of the kindest and most enjoyable people you will ever meet in this business.

They did an excellent job creating a interactive website for our rental business. It has the ability to make reservations and take payments. Ruth was our primary point of contact and project manager. They're extremely responsive in a very timely manner. He provided us with links to view and in-depth tutorial to learn the CMS. I would highly recomend!

Below is a partial list of problems I experienced. Overall very poor despite good ratings on other sites. kept switching contact person, no notification, no communicationwasted time, repeating self over and over againchris the owner asked for my suggestions and thoughts and NONE were implementedalready paid for medical illustrations by paul despite work not being close to what i wanted and I had given an example prior to asking if they could do itspelling errors made by them (correct on mobile but incorrect on desktop), was told that they needed more payment to correct it since they spent too much time already on project

Completely disappointed with the finished product of the website that was made. Everything was clearly discussed in a great first meeting and things went down hill from there. Website still has areas that do not function and not finished. Tried to discuss with owner and he was extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Our choice in trusting this company was a very expensive mistake. Completely unreliable company and a waste of money. Also, they will post negative google review on your company if you speak up and say anything negative. Chris Hughes is a bully.
