Installer took the remaining carpet (we told them we wanted it and they said they would leave it for us) - was told for two weeks that Jim would be bring it to the house - never happen !! Also, during the install the door hinge (they took off) made two grease marks on the $3,000 MBR carpet - Jim told my wife to use lighter fluid or mineral spirits to clean it off - i'm like WHY would you tell my wife to clean it out/off the carpet … your company did it - they "just" finished the carpet install and know they did it !!!!! We paid - per a product … and the remnants have been (stolen) - not returned as of two plus weeks ago !!!!! The grease marks are still there as of two plus weeks ago !!!!!! I hope this gets your attention now !? r/ Al Mayfield
