I am a returning customer to Ace Exhibits. I will continue to look to them for excellent value, great customer service, high quality and speedy turnaround. We are a very small business and we value the great quality and value that Ace provides.

Ace Exhibits did a superb job with my table top display. From the minute I started the online chat the experience through each department was amazing. At times companies forget basic customer service but Ace Exhibits exceeded the basic. The design team worked with me on my urgent order over the weekend and then the shipping team assured me that it would get to the destination on time. Thank you for making my first experience with Ace Exhibits a great one! There will be many more to come.

Ace Exhibits and specifically Tom Loveless is the guy to go to when you need great trade show booth support. We had a last minute booth to set up in April and he brought the professional help we needed to get fast printing and shipping. I couldn't be more pleased with his support from beginning to end. The booth arrived on time and in great shape. Plus they were lower than other exhibit product providers and could ship next day. I will use them again for our company whenever we need presentation materials!

The upfront sales team is terrific. But, after that.....I had to deal with a graphics department that over-rode my approval of my own artwork. Again, the Sales Team over-rode the graphics team but that caused a delay. And, I requested an RMA over 10 days ago for a case that I don't need and didn't receive. Crickets....... There are too many other companies that have the follow-through. I may never see the $800 again, but that's a lesson learned........

Fantastic service! I ordered an 8x8 trade show backdrop along with a table runner on Tuesday evening EST and received it on 9am that Friday. Backdrop was easy to assemble (no tools required) and the print quality was superb. My boss was happy, I was happy, and I’ll definitely be using them again!
