Excellent customer service! Over the past several years I have purchased several laptops and PC's for our business in Sulphur Springs. Afterglow has always provided excellent service and support for each of these products as well as serviced other devices that were purchased elsewhere.

We had a number of old 8mm movies my grandfather took from the mid 50's to the early 70's transferred to DVD by Afterglow Productions. We are totally impressed with the professionalism and the product. The movies were cleaned then transferred and we could not be happier. The colors are brighter and the pictures clearer, making them even more of a treasure of our loved ones. Thank you Afterglow!

Beware of who you take your computer to do. Took laptop in for an estimatet see if it could be fixed. The only thing that was wrong with it the hinge would make a popping sound & it would lean. Picture a laptop looking new that's the way I took it in. I got a called to pick it up & was very disappointed it looked like they through it back together my outer piece that covers the hinge was broke. Where the hinges are you can see where they took the top part of the laptop apart you can the gaps in it. When you open it the outer part that is around the laptop screen is not even touching the screen you can actually put a dime in between it. So I pointed this out to the owner and all he could say was what would you like for us to do we can fix it but it's going to costs more than $30.00. All I wanted them to do was put my laptop back the way Ito was when I brought it in the owner would not even do that. It's a shame that business now day's don't take responsibility for there actions.
