Ajax management it’s a classy organization, They always addressed any problem I had in my apartment, the workers care about the tenants, they will alway answer your call and do whatever they can for you and your situation in a timely manner, first I’d like to thank Ajax management for making parts of Trenton better places to live in, anywhere there’s an Ajax building in the city those bright lights are on. Thanks again, one of many happy tenants that I know of, Robert Opdyke.

Very unprofessional. All they care about is money. They dont even care about the staff thats why it has been about six property managers and maintenance..there is no confidentiality you're treated as if they're doing you a favor for their screw ups the company bit off more than they could chew in my opinion. Did not have all ducks in order trying to create such a big real estate brand. Units are being rushed not completely thought through. Pay for parking thats not even regularly regulated so basically your paying but anyone can park. Tenants cars have been broken into nothing wa done..when you call to ask why there is no tow truck coming out like you get an excuse but they want the $40 bucks every month. They come into your home unannounced by law you're supposed to be notified. They dont even leave a notice to tell you why they were in your unit..these people just do as they please they have no reguard for anyone...most buildings have call boxes some dont even work which is part of what you pay for..any major important issues when you need to speak to a head of department you get the run around..meters have been crossed wired they drag their feet on that person who lived 110 stockton had water raining in the unit coming through the socket and it went months without be taken care of when finally at your breaking point they act as if your a bad tenant....this is not even the half these ppl are horrible to live under
