Fair prices, even lower then expected. Not only is he knowledgeable but also very easy to get along with during the stress of having your computer worked on. He has a way of calming the situation making a broken computer less painful.

We brought our laptop and desktop in to be serviced. We thought they were both beyond help, (as we hadn't used them for quite some time do to so many issues). Allen gave us his expertise advice and saved us from purchasing new devices. The price we paid to fix both devices was BEYOND fair!!!! They both work amazingly well! Very fast!!!! He installed programs, new anti virus. When we called around for approximate pricing, Allen was WELL BELOW the rest! His customer service AND computer skills are outstanding. He was always very patient with all our questions. He made sure we understood everything. We defiantly would refer All Tech Solutions to anyone and everyone who needs computer repair!!Thanks again Allen for a job well done! We are beyond pleased :)Derek Moretti and Dana De Cesare
