Very nice people to deal with, overnight parking is there , park right on the dock there’s only two docks if available or anywhere you find good spot as long as your are not blocking they’re car parking spots, fast unloading, workers start at 5:30am so if your appointment is let’s say 9:00 am they will take you early as 5:30 if dock is empty.
