Great place for custom order truck parts. Friendly staff. I get all my parts for my Chevy pickup here. As far as upgrades go. They can get it all. And I have an 03 Chevy pickup more than ten years old.

Back in '09 I went to this place to have a few things installed on my '08 Trailblazer, and also to have a box-trailer wired so that it can plug into my Trailblazer without fault. As of today, 7/14/18, all of those items I had installed (including window film) are still performing fantastically, I have no issues with anything I had done. Earlier this week, I stopped in and spoke to Tom and Fred about my box-trailer. After 9 years of using my box-trailer very heavily, I knew that the plug that they installed back in '09 needed to be replaced. I was afraid that there was a bigger issue going on (ex: wires in the walls became frayed or broken since the running-lights stopped working.) I dropped my trailer off in the morning and it was completed and checked over shortly after the lunch hour, and they determined that they plug was all the issue I was having. Once it was changed out, my trailer is working like a charm again. For something so minor (to them), something so major (to me), I felt it worthy to leave a review and comment that I am very pleased that having a small issue was treated as if I had a big issue. This kind of service is rare to find, but I am very glad that they haven't lost sight of "customer service."

I take my Toyota FJ for work here all the time, and these guys are absolutely the best around for on and off road vehicles. Fred and the guys do a very professional job in the shop on just about anything that rolls, and they do it right the first time. However, if there is a problem I can tell you that this shop stands behind their work 100%. Frank and Emily are great people out front who really care about their customers, if you are not happy then they are not happy. A thumbs up from me for American Truck Center in Woodbury Heights. 😎

Had some issues with a body lift install on my Ram 1500 truck, but American Truck Center apologized and said they're willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. I'll update this review again when everything is squared away. UPDATE: This place is a POS.... they never replaced the Rocky Ridge emblems that had to be removed to repaint the tailgater...even though Frank the owner said they would. And, I fixed most of their screw-ups...I wouldn't EVER have them touch my truck again. Since then, Freddy, the manager no longer works there. What a mess this place is. Had a HORRIBLE experience for what should have been an easy job for them...It was only a body lift install. Not worth the headache and lies... STAY AWAY!
