They put me in 3 diffrent lines. Could not fix my phone or my computer ( mac book air 3 years old. Over $2800 for replacement. ) will never ever buy an apple product again.

It’s unfortunate that this is my closest Apple store because it is consistently the worst one in the bay. Even with ~10 people in the store, there’s usually no one available to help and purchasing a product involves waiting 15-20 minutes, at least. The Apple Stores in Berkeley, SF, and Walnut Creek are far better.

I hope they improve time customer needs to wait. They have plenty energy people working there. So, what's going on? Organize a little more and understand how important is for them customer satisfaction so they can keep their jobs? Hopefully
