Client Review on Apple Leawood

Feedback:

Brought a laptop with 2 of apple's proprietary screws holding the bottom on. They took it to the back and followed up with " we cant remove those without having an appointment" okay fine. I told them I'd leave the laptop with them for the 4 hours required to remove the 2 screws. " sorry sir, cant leave it here". Took it to bestbuy down the street and no problem. Go figure. Tldr- removing 2 screws takes to much time at Apple leawood, even though it was already in the back room. Got told to kick rocks. Best buy saved the day.
