Horrible. Very poor business model, too focused on being hip and cool rather then providing a pleasant experience. To add to the torture they now have you sit on hardwood boxes with no backs as you wait for the scarce technicians. These boxes are low to the floor so they at once make you feel humiliated and uncomfortable. Just wanted to exchange a charging cord. It took an hour and a half which is ridiculous. They need to compartmentalize more and provide better accommodations to those in wait.

The 🍎 store in Portland Maine is top notch. I had a repair that had to be shipped out and had trouble communicating with the repair facility so I called the store and they were able to give me updates that I was unable to get from the repair department. Whenever I have gone to the Genius Bar I have left completely satisfied with the service.

Hmmm...where do I start? Apple is is awesome! The nimbleness and the simplicity, the buck stops there folks. Then we are are subjected to the ravages of customer service by some arrogant overly dence, Stewie Griffin with a badge that says “genius” on it.
