I went in today @ 7:00 PM sharp. Store closes at 9, I was planning on purchasing the iPhone 11 an was told “sorry we can’t help you today were too busy and there are no sales associates to help you, come back another time”. Will not be buying an iPhone from here ever again.

I never had a good experience in this location. The staff always want to take money out of you. I went to get my screen fixed couple years back and was told it cannot be fixed and I’d have to get a new phone because my iPhone was “bent”. They just lost a customer because I went to a different Apple location and was able to get it fixed from somewhere else. This time I went there again to buy 3 Apple devices and again did not have a good experience. First, they need to hire more people because if you’re going on a weekend, you’re pretty much stuck there for over an hour of wait time. Second, the staff rejected to do any trade-ins on my phone because, apparently, according to her, it had some water damage and held no value even though my phone was fully functioning. A big company like Apple should not think this much when it comes to trading in a device for a small amount especially from a customer who is buying 3 devices from them. Third, the staff refused to use my employee discount even though I had gotten it previously at an Apple store. It seemed like she was very much determined not to give me any deal. Clearly, they just want to take money out of customers without providing a good customer experience. The only reason I went there because it is a convenient location to me but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location anymore.

Terrible experience. Meanwhile back at the Apple store...😩😩😩 No one greeted me either time I walked in the doors of this store today. There should be someone greeting people and telling them where to go and how the process works. Everyone was very confused who were waiting with me. It’s chaotic in here. Too many people and not enough staff. Not good at all. I will never come to this location again. I have been waiting six hours for my appointment and was just told they're running late and I have to wait another 45 minutes. I'm really ready to get the heck out of here. This is not how I wanted to spend my Saturday night. Had I known it would be seven hours I never would have stayed in the first place.

So i get there at 6:30 and was told i need to make a reservation for getting a new max pro. Fine i did. The guy said it will be a hr and i'll get a text when to come back. So i left took the kid to eat, after a hr we decided lets just go back and sit. Well 30 min later nothing no text so i go up and ask whats going on, only to be told that i was suppose to check back in and no text was suppose to be sent. Like really ? Then they tell me where to wait. so yeah i did not leave the store until 9 pm. All that wait and didn't even get a sorry for the miscommunication or hey here's a free phone cover or discount. The Rep that finally help me was nice, however the last person that helped set stuff up well i can tell he just wanted to go home i don't blame him. Wasting almost 3 hrs for something so simple is a waste.

Alex was excellent.As a Samsung user, I hate Apple products but both my kids have iPhones. He wisked us through and got the job done. This kid is the greatest and completed everything within a short time period. Thank you!

Had issues with my iPad; NICOLE and CONNOR were absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. Polite, professional, pleasant, high level of product knowledge, and very good at communicating the what's/why's/how's. Very appreciative of their help!!!
