Overall Feedback:

I've been a loyal Apple Customer since 2012 and have generally received great service through the company and other stores. I am not sure if this is a systemic issue or just this store but buckle in: we are going on a bumpy ride. I had an Iphone7 that was insured through a company called Asurion through Sprint. I won't be going back to these companies but that's a review for another day. Anyway, I received a new device through the insurance provided by asurion and was having complications with setup. They sent me to Apple through on phone to fix the problem because they couldn't solve it on their end. Apple support was great online and sent me a new phone which had the same problem (for a no Service Issue).I brought it into the sprint store-they told me to go to Apple Santa Rosa. The genius representative immediately told me it was a sprint issue after waiting an hour for my genius appointment. I go to sprint and the manager tells me its an apple problem. I go back to apple and tell the rep what the sprint manager told me and he said they were full of it (even though this replacement Iphone came straight from Apple). I asked for the manager-he became rather defensive and slightly aggressive in my eyes stating that he trusts whatever his genius employee says is true and that it must then be a Sprint issue. I go back to Sprint and the manager basically tells me I'm out of luck and to contact the insurance company (which sprint is in service with). I contact them and realize that Apple had been sending this company refurbished A1660 models...which if you didn't know have been recalled by apple for a "No service issue" -the same problem I had been having. Asurion finally solved this problem for me but it cost me tons of hours and a bottle of tylenol from the headache. Flash forward: I had an Iphone 6 that I bought in Cancun because the original Iphone 7 I had had stopped working and I need a phone on my trip. This is the same iphone 7 that caused all of this madness. The iphone 6 that I brought in was brand new, I still had the box. The phone completely stopped turning on and it appeared the logic board was broken (a common problem with Iphone 6s').The representative at the Apple Santa Rosa store tells me she can't service me because this phone was purchased in Mexico. I called apple customer service and they immediately provided me with a new phone in the mail. If you do choose this store I hope you have a better experience than me...As for me, I will be switching to android and dropping Sprint and Apple completely.
