Jordan was great! I showed up with no idea what was wrong with my phone but he fixed it and got me out of there in a timely manner. Not to mention, he was very nice, polite, funny and he even put a movie on the tv for my younger sister!

So I walk in at like 1 pm, and it looks SLOW. There are like 4 people in there so Im feeling good. However, I notice that the customer service guy just seems swamped and overwhelmed. And then I start to overhear the conversations about how “my internet wont work” and “my phone wont connect to my wifi at home” and realize the average customer age coming in here has to be like 60. My god... I interjected a quick “hey can you accept equipment reterns?” No? Ok thanks. Wow, I feel for you Att guys who have to work here. Is this a location you have to agree to work at for a year to get a job at ATT, like hazing, or because no one with seniority would do it? Anyway the guys in there must have the patience of saints because in the 5 minutes I was there at least one very old crabby dude basically rage-quit because he just couldnt even with his technology right now. You know he just had his frickin wifi turned off or needed to turn his phone off and on or something too.
