I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my daughters pictures, even paid extra to have them mailed to me. I have to admit she is really good at taking the pictures but she lacks communication. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I also don't like being forgotten about. Especially when I've paid money for something I'm probably not gonna get now.

I will never use this company again. Every year our sports team use this company and every year it's been a hustle trying to get my pictures. This is a father/daughter company and the AWC Reloaded is the daughter who takes the picture and never responds to the number listed on the website or through email for pickup. The coach even tried contacting and still 1 game left in the season and no pictures. It's sucks because communication is keep and they give you the run around after you/team have paid and it take months for product.

We had a group picture taken at a Military Ball...it was amazing! All 7 people in the photo wanted the same pose so I am reordering some extras! I must say this is by far the best I have ever had taken! I plan to use them for my grandson from now on!

I have purchased several sports packages from this company in the past. I 've had an issue where my sons photos were never given to me, and so much time elapsed that I doubted the photos would be archived. Well recently, and unfortunately my son's school football team had their photos done by AWC (end of September, I believe) and I submitted my payment first week of October with the package of choice. My check was cashed a week and a half later, however it is now Nov 18, 2015 and I do not have any photos. The coaches do not have the photos and are apparently missing some of the other teammates. If I had the choice, I would not use this business. I called in to inquire and they told me they would try to look for it, only after the young lady had an attitude about them delivering all of the photos to the schools already. I also asked her about getting them reprinted and she said that they will be leaving out of the office for two weeks Nov 20- Dec 2! I'm very disappointed! Horrible customer service, and too long of a wait for photos, if you even get them! Try to avoid!
