I have been a customer of bark mobile for 10 years, when in today to buy my boyfriend a new phone, and was told that the price of the phone to upgrade would be $279.00. BUT if we started a new line the same phone would be $99.00!!! How does that make any sense what so ever!!! It would make a lot more sense to have the LOYAL CUSTOMER pay the $99.00 and the new customer pay the more expensive price because they are starting a new line anyway!! Freaking ridiculous and really makes me wanna find a new cell phone provider!!!
