I was helped by Nathaniel. I've never been to the store before and was amazed by the knowledgeable staff and products. While I was there the staff helped worked out what was wrong with an elderly lady's phone. It was a great experience, I found my phone battery there for cheaper than I saw online. And they took my old phone battery so I don't have to deal with that. Thanks

Went in for watch replacement. They shattered the face of the watch, then sent it out to be repaired. Ive received no follow up or call back for three weeks, still no news. I wouldn’t let these guys touch your belongings. UPDATE: THEY LOST THE WATCH...WOW
