The owners always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in what I was taught and was very patient with not only me but with customers! Worst customer service I've ever experienced by a cell phone carrier. I have been dealing with the Hotchkiss Colorado location for 5 hours today. After explaining multiple times what I needed done they brushed me off, and acted like they didn't want to help me anymore. I kept getting the run around by them all day, and then they proceeded to treat me like trash. Worst carrier I've ever delt with.
