Newly constructed condominium complex. Large expansive spaces and some units are duplexes with moderate outdoor spaces. Public areas are cleverly situated throughout with some useful amenities provided as well.

This building sucks, the management is useless and doorman is just never there and always in break, the system is really stupid, when the doorman is not there you have to wait or catch them with luck, because if you don’t you will never get your package, they’re all lock with the doorman... and if you need anything Emergency or not you just have to deal it yourself because no one is going to respond to you, even if you have all the phone numbers they provide..
