Took our money, gave us nothing in return, then physically threatened me for leaving a negative review.In response to the owner's response below, I've saved the entire email transcript showing our correspondence, as well as the original response from Kevin in case he changes it again. I'm a lifetime entrepreneur, and I've never left a negative score for any service in the past because I've never been treated this way before.The fact that Blackstrap is willing to lie outright on this review is very telling.

I hired Blackstrap Media to come up with a treatment for - and to film - a video for my musical project, Tellitron. Like most local musicians, my budget is limited; however, BM made a highly professional film at a very fair price, creating the noir-ish feel that I envisioned and yet expanding upon the initial concept. Not only was I very pleased with the final product, but the video has received high marks across the board from all who have viewed it. I have personally recommended BM to other bands and musicians in the tri-state and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Blackstrap helped us film a specialty program that was new to the YMCA that helps patients with Parkinson's disease. Kevin and crew were very professional and passionate about the project and took care to really capture the essence of the program and participants' journey. The end product was a very moving video that has helped us promote the program and explain what the class is all about!
