This place is a dump and the owner should be fined HEAVILY for the well being of tenants that are residing there. Its shameful the deplorable conditions. Half the trailers are vacant. It smells like backed up sewer. The roads have chunks missing out of them.

The lady that owns it changes everything once you move into the park. You can't have a bike, can't have a cookout. The neighbors sit outside and stare at you when your outside. The roads are awful. Pay rent and they say they don't get it. Sells you a dream and then once you move in everything flips.

Terrible place to to live. The mangement is the worst. Their are other park in the area that are better for children and family's to live.
