The person on staff seemed a lot less knowledgeable than what I thought he would be... Also it would be nice to have more than one person on staff at a time. If another customer has a lot of questions you may have to wait forever. Still much better than Metro PCS!

Do not shop here.. You're much better off going to the Greensboro store. This store will not activate properly. They will not honor boost warranty. The owner cursed at my wife, called the police on me, and banished me from the store. .All because I demanded they honor boost policy. They tell you 7 days if boost proves your device is defective. I called corporate on this store. An investigation is being launched.....
