Not the best experience, the manager is absolutely one of the worst ones that I have ever come across. Training your employees properly is something that you would expect a good manager to do. If the employee has been working there for a year, they should be empowered to act in certain circumstances. They should not have to be coached over the phone on simple transactions after that length of time with the company. Shame on him for hiding behind a phone as opposed to speaking directly with his customers. Terrible.
