We were shopping around and didn't end up making the switch from T-Mobile but the service by the one of the associates; John was exceptional. Maybe we'll go with Boost because of this guy though, maybe.

Jamie was very nice and helpful. Very patient with me. She even suggested the case and covering for protection if I drop my phone. I will definitely go back there again. Oh, and the young man was kind too. His name slips my mind. Sorry. P.S. Shannon needs to get a life.

Charged me $150 for a phone that they sold on their website for $99.... Totally took advantage of me because they knew i wasnt sure what i was doing.

Horrible... Was in on a Tuesday and the manager told me until Friday I could get the phone I wanted for 113 out the door.... So I came back before Fri.... Come to find out from the employee the promotions was good for another month...and he couldn't give it to me only the manager could override it and he was off that day I traveled from another state to this store so I had tibsettle for a phone I liked but didn't want...then the manager was supposed to call me as soon as he got in and this was almost a week ago... Would not recomend
