Went on normal day during normal business hours and seen hand written sign on door stating they were closed for a CPL days without explanation. Advised to go to Bellview location where conviently their systems were down and they were absolutely no help to me either with zero knowledge of what to do to resolve my problem... Trying to activate a new phone I purchased. I called Boost and thankfully was able to do it myself without doing what staff suggested which would have cost me $30+ to switch from old phone to a new one. It was 100% free and their is NO excuse why they could help me.
