Exceptional service when they repaired my McIntosh C47 preamp. They kept me informed what was going on with it and got it repaired and back to me quickly.

I was a "head sound tech" (I ran the big mixer board) for my school show, and the director had hired BEL to install all the electronics and stuff (our school has no dedicated auditorium, we have a stage in a gym). We spent an entire rehearsal today fixing mics and their inputs/outputs, alongside two BEL guys. I have to say, they didn't berate me for my occasional incompetence, and they tried to not get in my (or anyone's) way as much as possible. Honestly, they were very nice and offered great support (and we got the sound working!)
